School Accountability Report

WHAT IS A SCHOOL ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT?

Each school annually develops a school accountability report. The report is comprised of two sections:

1. Tier I Report

a. Provides demographic information regarding student population based on October 1st of the previous school year.
b. Reports on student performance towards the District Tier I indicators for the past school year.
2. Tier II Report – schools develop their own Tier II indicators that will contribute to the success of District Tier I indicators. Tier IIs may be modified throughout the year as necessary.

a. Provides student performance results for their school-developed Tier II indicators from the previous school year . b. Provides detailed information regarding new school-developed Tier II indicators for the current school year .
A specific action plan is developed for each Tier II indicator and includes strategies teachers will use to carry out the plan, a timeline for implementation, and results indicators to assess whether progress has been made towards meeting each indicator.
